Return and Refund Policy

At TheBoxCrafting, all our products and services are tailored to meet the specific needs and requirements of our clients.

Company-Side Defects

If the delivered boxes or products do not meet your expectations and differ from the approved digital proofs or samples, it is your responsibility to notify us within three business days of receiving the order. While we do not offer chargebacks, we will offer a reprint if the defect is proven to be on our side. Our team of experts will carefully review the claim to determine if the product falls below our quality standards. To initiate a reprint, you must return the full order, along with proper documentation and photographs of the defects, at your own cost within 7 days.

Client-Side Defects

If the defect is determined to be due to an error on the client’s side and a chargeback is still requested, the full order must be returned. In such cases, the chargeback will be issued after deducting the following costs:

1. Shipping cost
2. Product setup fee
3. Printing costs
4. Billing costs
