TheBoxCrafting LTD (“TheBoxCrafting“) provides packaging products and services (“Services“) through this website (“Website“). Your access and use of this Website and the Services are governed by your acceptance of these terms and conditions (“Terms“).

By using the Website or indicating your acceptance, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use this Website or the Services.

TheBoxCrafting reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Website or Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Privacy Policy

Your Credentials, registration information, and any other personal data you provide to us are subject to TheBoxCrafting’s Privacy Policy.

Order Shipping and Delivery

All production and delivery dates provided are estimates only. Shipping is handled by third-party couriers and freight companies. While TheBoxCrafting strives to avoid delays, it is not liable for any damages resulting from such delays. In the case of delays, rush fees may be refunded or waived. Customers do not have the right to cancel orders due to delays.

TheBoxCrafting is not liable for any shipping damages. If products are damaged during shipping, we will assist in filing claims with the shipping company. Production costs are subject to change based on material, labor, and other factors.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs, customs fees, duties, and taxes on all orders. Shipping rates may be adjusted based on actual conditions. Additional charges may apply for customs clearance, special handling, and transportation fees. Customers must provide required information during the shipping and customs process. Failure to do so may result in delays and additional charges, for which TheBoxCrafting is not liable.

Returns and Refunds

TheBoxCrafting offers a limited warranty on purchases. Defective products (as defined below) will be replaced or discounted. As all orders are custom-made and non-resalable, **ALL SALES ARE FINAL** in other cases. Damage must be reported upon receipt or within 3 days for shipping-related issues. Other defects must be reported within 14 days. If a replacement is warranted, customers must return 100% of the received products within 15 days at their own expense. TheBoxCrafting is not responsible for return or re-shipping costs.

Defective Products and Liability

A product is deemed defective if it contains a structural or printing error due to manufacturing issues. However, TheBoxCrafting is not responsible for:

– Cracking in printed areas due to natural paperboard expansion
– Minor creases in non-laminated cardstock
– Damages caused by mishandling or shipping
– Variances in specifications (style, size, material, etc.) within a 2.5% tolerance
– Color and density variations (including between proof and final product)

Color Proofing and Matching

TheBoxCrafting LTD is not liable for color matching or ink density on screen proofs approved by customers. Screen proofs will accurately predict design layout, text accuracy, image proportion, and placement, but not color or ink density. While TheBoxCrafting will make reasonable efforts to match gradient color density, it cannot guarantee the final color outcome.

Digital print samples may vary in color compared to final production orders due to differences in print methods and color reproduction processes.

Customer Content

For certain services, you may upload or submit data, artwork, photographs, graphics, text, or other materials (“Customer Content”) for use in our print and packaging products. You are solely responsible for all Customer Content provided to TheBoxCrafting.

By submitting Customer Content, you grant TheBoxCrafting a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute the content for order fulfillment purposes. Additionally, you grant TheBoxCrafting the right to display your products for marketing purposes on the Website and other platforms. You can request not to have your products used for marketing by emailing us.

You confirm that you own or have permission to use any content you provide and agree to defend, indemnify, and hold TheBoxCrafting and its affiliates harmless from any legal claims related to your content. You also agree not to upload any content that is unlawful, defamatory, invasive of privacy, or otherwise in violation of intellectual property rights or that contains harmful software or code.

Over or Underrun

While TheBoxCrafting strives to ship the exact quantity ordered, we reserve the right to ship up to 8% more or fewer than requested. If exact quantities are essential, customers are advised to adjust their order to accommodate potential underruns.

Order Approval and Proofing

TheBoxCrafting is not responsible for reviewing or proofing the content or layout of your order. Orders are printed “as submitted,” and customers are responsible for verifying and approving all content and layouts before submission. By approving the production files, you accept responsibility for any errors in the document.

TheBoxCrafting recommends requesting production-grade prototypes and PMS colors for projects requiring high accuracy in color, finish, and material. If you choose to waive a custom prototype, you accept any color variations or other differences that may occur during production.

Your order will only be processed after written approval of production-ready proofs. Estimated turnaround times begin upon final proof approval.

Payments

All prices and dollar amounts on this Website are in United States dollars or Pounds (GBP) unless otherwise specified. TheBoxCrafting accepts the following payment methods: PayPal, Wire Transfer and Credit Cards. Time to clear payments may vary for different payment methods. The production process will not be started and products will not be shipped until all due payments have been paid and cleared. Overdue payments or payments made past a specified due date may be subject to interest in accordance with the applicable invoice.

You are responsible for updating TheBoxCrafting LTD with any changes to your name, email, phone number, or shipping address that differ from the details provided on your invoice or order. TheBoxCrafting is not liable for any errors, losses, or damages resulting from failure to update contact and shipping information. Additional charges may apply if changes to contact information or shipping address are made during the production process.
